• Non-SRA Entity Notice: Okola Consulting Limited is not a law firm authorized or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Bar Standards Board (BSB). Services provided by Okola constitute strategic business consulting, contract risk review, document organization, and family support coaching.
• Reserved Legal Activities: Okola Consulting Limited does not perform reserved legal activities (such as exercising rights of audience in court, conducting court litigation, or preparing reserved conveyancing deeds) under Section 12 of the Legal Services Act 2007.
• External Regulated Referrals: Where a client matter requires formal legal advice, representation, or regulated immigration advice, Okola signposts or coordinates with accredited external UK solicitors or OISC/IAA regulated partners.
Okola Consulting Limited agrees to deliver services with reasonable care and skill under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 within the following practice boundaries:
All consulting engagement fees, hourly rates, or fixed project scopes will be agreed in writing prior to work commencement. Fees quoted exclude VAT unless explicitly specified. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information during consultations. Okola Consulting Limited relies on documents provided by the client and is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or undisclosed client statements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977):
All materials, templates, strategy guides, and website content produced by Okola Consulting Limited remain the exclusive intellectual property of Okola Consulting Limited. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for their internal personal or business purpose.
These Terms of Business and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
